Jogging Indefinitely While Gasping For Air

Today, I got invited to jog at 5 am in Baker Field, and I accepted. It gave me a reason to wear my shockingly expensive Nike Air shoes and at the same time lose weight. I thought it would be easy considering I had a lot of jogging practice at home. It wasn't. I jogged indefinitely for like minutes or so, and then gasped for air. I didn't know how many calories I burned, but it felt great to sweat off the extra pounds. I know I will regret this later when my legs are already sore and I would be dog tired, but I have to lose weight, for my own wellness. I think jogging would be a once-a-week activity that I shouldn't miss. Besides, it feels nice to sweat.
